At Pharma Bergen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
